Network only - provides your staff with wide, preventive coverage, both basic and major services. There are no deductibles, dollar maximums, and no referrals needed to see dentists or specialists.

Network Optional - there are 3 plans available: Passive, Active, and PPO Max Plan. You have the freedom to visit any licensed dental provider without the need for a referral. You can visit dentists in or out of the network, and save on some services; although a deductible, co-insurance, or annual maximum may apply.

Indemnity Plan - provides employees with the ability to go to any dentist in or out of the network with no referral needed. This plan requires you to pay for services first, but you will be reimbursed.

If you prefer family dental insurance coverage, you will need to contact the company. All individual Aetna Dental Insurance plans are based on specific family needs and are not covered by an employee package rate.
